THE ASOFPMDF PRESIDENT

After taking part of the
last National Congress Of State Police Officers – CONAME,
in november 2007, in Canela City, Rio Grande do Sul State, we
perceived the great participation and affluence of Police Officers,
as well as the attendance of a variety
|
of professionals from private and public security
branches from the whole country.The outcome of the aforementioned
event success lead ASOFPMDF to apply to the National Federation
of Police Officers Entities – FENEME and to The Brigada
Militar Police Officers Association in order to accept the Brazilian
Republic Capital to be the next state to host CONAME 2008.
Brasília, the place of the great political decisions in
our country, could not be apart of such a significant event and
loose the chance to consolidate doctrines and, morover, firmly
fix strategic protocols to improve the security system.
The the of CONAME 2008 is The Building of Political Strategies
to Improve the Police Relationship with the Community. We intend
that we can debate in this forum the participation of preventive
police instituitions, as well as the traditional ways of policing.
By this point of view the Police and Fire departments are included
in the government planning projects which have their impact on
the public order, discussing the responsibility and the wright
of public security, in accordance with with the article 144 of
our Federal Constituition.
The International Security Fair – FEISEG, which will take
place together with the event, will be one more oportunity to
bring new technologies and commercial contacts to the participant
police officers.
From now on, we invitate all Police and Fire Department Officers,
Military, Federal and Civilian Law enforcement members , Academic
Intelectuals,students and all the other members of society to
build a Public Security plenty of quality.

Again,
the Military Police Officials and the Military Firefighters Corporation
from Brazil, trough the Military Police Officials Association from
Distrito Federal, are reunited at the National Congress of the Estate
Army, the 2nd CONAME.
|
The CONAME was
born in Brazil, specifically at Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, like
a special forum to discuss many topics that are the basis of the
ostensive policy and the preservation of the public order and the
firefighters at Brazil, states and cities.
In this second edition,
that will be in the days 29, 30 and 31 in october at Brasília/DF,
the reaffirmation of the success from the first edition promoted
by the Army Brigade Officials Association of Rio Grande do Sul,
occasion when we promoted interchange of wisdom and integration
of Military State Officials, from other nations (Colombia, Chile,
Portugal, Uruguai), and also from other departments that contribute
to the preservation of public order in Brazil.
Parallel to the conference it will be the International Security
Expo – FEISEG – that will permit to people to reach
the newest material and technology to the Public and Private Security
Organizations at the country.
Because of the importance and greatness of the event we hope that
the military organizations of police and firefighters to join
the event to improve our skills and to be recognized ny the brazilian
society.
